Kim Weller - Art Show Exhibition

Return to Kim Weller's Bio
Friendly Fire, a site-specific installation by Kim Weller, was inspired by an image on the cover of an Archie comic book showing Archie, Veronica, and the gang roasting hotdogs around a campfire. This project was made from recycled thin plywood salvaged from the Public Disposal & Recycling Area ('The Dump'). Almost all of the paint was recycled from the San Francisco Household Hazardous Waste Facility. Going along with the theme| we had a hotdog roast (tofu dogs too) instead of the usual cheese and crackers.
